1. What is PixxieBot Premium?

PixxieBot Premium is a great way to support the bot's development and unlock exclusive features, all while supporting Cancer Research UK at the same time!

2. Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with PixxieBot Premium, contact us within the first week of your subscription through the support server and we'll issue you a full refund. You will lose your perks immediately.

3. Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can stop your subscription at any time by coming back to this page, logging in and clicking "Manage". Your subscription will still be valid and your perks will still work until the end of the period you have paid for, but you will not be charged anymore.

4. Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes! Just come back here and click "Manage".

5. How do I activate my account?

Everything happens automatically! You can check your PixxieBot profile on Discord using the /profile command to see if your premium tier has been activated. If you would like to set up the Premium server included in your membership to unlock all Premium features, just reach out to us through our support server and we'll get you set up as quickly as possible!

7. Can I pay in another currency?

PixxieBot is a company from a Eurozone country. However, you can still pay in your own currency because Stripe will do the currency conversion for you.

8. Can I get an invoice?

Sure! Just come back here after signing up and click the "Manage" button. From there you'll be able to download all your invoices for each month of your subscription.

9. What does PixxieBot do with the earnings from Premium subscriptions?

50% goes towards the bot's running costs (advertising, hosting, domain names, paying other costs like for the use of some APIs...). The other 50% of earnings goes straight to Cancer Research UK at the end of each month. PixxieBot is a real company run by real people. Premium is what keeps it alive. We use the money to cover hosting costs and taxes.

10. Is my payment secure?

Yes. We never have access to your debit/credit card information. Payments are handled through Stripe, a payment processor trusted by millions of companies worldwide and protected with state-of-the-art technologies.

11. What data will PixxieBot collect if I sign up for PixxieBot Premium?

We believe privacy is important. That's why we only collect the minimum amount of data we need in order to make our system work. We'll collect your Discord ID and associate it with the email address you used when creating your subscription. We'll also be able to see which payment method you use for your subscription, but we don't have access to your details. We've designed the system to collect the least amount of data possible in order to respect your privacy. We don't even ask for your real name, nor do we ask for a password when creating your subscription – we'll send you a One-Time Password (OTP) by email each time you want to manage your subscription which also helps to protect your account.
